My husband and I have really enjoyed your channel, we have learned so much. We live in the high desert in AZ and are preparing our first garden. Thanks for all the great tips and demos. So helpful.
your dog should stand guard so your plants don't get eaten up. My dog doesn't like anything in my yard..including lizards. it so disappointing when the crop gets eaten by others. loved the tour…. I would love to get my hand in some dirt. I'm in new mexico zone 7
huge heat wave here in metro Phx AZ (I know–you're sayin' what's new ? But not this time of yr !) Usually we get your weather next, ie the winds, but not this yr…as you know, always enjoy your video's when I can find time to watch them, Kim ! 🙂
So why did you decide to put the steel "wiring" over the fabric bed than around it? I haven't seen what you have done in other gardens. Then again, I don't have all those animals feasting on my plants. :p
you should dehydrate and whiz (in the chopper/blender) your oregano. When you make dried herbs, they don't take up that much space. Save an empty spice container to reuse for your oregano.
Would you empty the patio pots (smart pots) and bring them in during the winter in the Oklahoma climate or leave them out and amend the soil in the sprint. Will the pots last longer?
Always a pleasure to watch your videos and look at the number of your subscribers. Amazing!! Also, I know you have a dog but a well trained cat is very useful to scare those rats away..(If the cat is trained to cat litter.. Otherwise it is a problem for the garden.)
Thanks for the update. I wish I could grow outdoors year round. I have some lettuce indoors but I'm still so antsy to start my outdoor garden here in TN.
Gald to find your channel. Your so lucky to have a winter garden. Here in Michigan the temps some days are in the minus and my garden is under snow… Really enjoy your videos. Thank you..

Your videos are definitely worth of liking Kim! It’s pretty snowy here in Kosovo but I get excited watching the hot weather there! Keep on gardening – from 16 yo friend ??❤️

The butternut squash can be cut up into 2 inch squares, season with salt & pepper, oregano, olive oil and bake them in 400° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
