Hi Primrose 🙂 I loved this video,thank you so much for the first part about your Detox drink.I changed my lifestyle many years ago after health problems,I began a Vegan/Whole foods/Vegetarian lifestyle and dropped lots of weight along with feeling so much better. I have never tried a Detox before,but now I will begin doing this also, since I know that it has helped you so much with improving your health even more.. Also I like the lovely plants that you have in your "Jungle" there 🙂 Looks great !! Have a happy day 🙂

My asparagus fern has lots of tan leaves I think I need to repot it I can't even stick my finger in the pot even when I water it what do you think,I have it in a north facing window that gets morning light
