  1. DANG IT! It was you! I swore I passed you by in the exhibit halls and got all excited (like truly excited!!). But I looked down at your name tag and it was a completely different name (*ahem Chang Kim), so I was like "nah, I'm probably imagining things" Oh well. Totally appreciate your videos, totally wish I could really meet you.

  2. Use the plastic sheeting or heavy mulch in your Earthbox, just like a raised bed and cover your fill tube and it wont dry out so fast. I have used for years the Earthbox, with always great success.

  3. What are the units of viscosity? I can't imagine. There are no tables on viscosities that I know of either. I'm sure it's like specific gravity and is probably compared to the "viscosity" of water. Weird.

  4. This was amazing! Thanks for spending the time introducing us to all the gardening innovations out there. The videos of yours I've most enjoyed have done just that! I'm limited on how I can grow so finding creative solutions are the best options I have. Videos like this one and city hydro and the wall container one recently have seriously impacted me! I'm on the road to growing because of you! I'd bet that you're influencing the individuals responsible for bringing the prices down on these technologies in the future too! Keep up the great work John!!

  5. I love it when you find new products that can help us grow our own food! As one who has a VitaMix, a GreenStar juicer, and an Oster blender, I'm thinking that Kuving vacuum blender could replace at least the VitaMix and the Oster.

  6. Holy moly. How can those be made so expensive. I'm making some grow cube modular things. I can pay myself 30$/hr building them and that makes them 50$ for a 2x2x2 cube with lights.
Still working on automation though so not in production yet. Ill send you some john when i get going with them ?

  7. Hey John, thanks so much I loved this video! Yes there are some expensive tech garden tools but if people are able to automate their gardening more and grow more in urban areas with limited space then this is positive! Spring the companies will mean the prices can come down. If you want it cheaper you may just need to wait a while, that's all. So many things I'd like to order, I'll pick one or two to put into my conservatory for sure. Really appreciate all your info on discounted prices as well, so useful. I live in Australia and love your channel! I would not be able to attend the trade show so I am so thankful to you for showing us what is available in the latest gardening tech! Really interesting and informative video, but then again I love all your videos!! I love that you have a variety of your garden, other people's gardens and showing us different gardening methods, you have inspired me to start composting, worm farming and to keep expanding my growing inside the house and outside!!! Please do keep up the good work I love it when you upload new videos, you are super cool mate!! ?
