Would you guys be willing to do a video on how you all compost? Whether it’s outdoors or indoors, how you care for it as in maintenance, and if you get special worms or collect worms from your land. I’d be very interested in that. Thanks for all you all do!!! Much love! ???
I just love the look of snow-covered land, but wouldn't know how to begin living through a white winter. Thankfully, due to the magic of YT, I can sit back and watch other folks do it! Love your channel.
New subscriber. Blessings on you and your family. Thank you for doing these videos. We have four garden plots and its all based on sustainability. All the best to you. Maranatha.
I was pouring over the seed catalog last night. It is like the Sears Christmas catalog for is gardeners 🙂 I am fortunate enough that I can plant some peas in a couple weeks here on the West Coast. But I have been itching to get stuff planted. Once Christmas is over.. my thoughts turn to spring!
Great informational video! I am new to your channel….just LOVE ❤️ your channel. I just received Carolyn’s Bread Making Book off Amazon today. God Bless you & you’re beautiful family.
We used to use graph paper, now we use an on line garden planner. We subscribe to Mother Earth News magazine, get emails from them, and use their garden planner for $25 a year. We love it!
Thank you Josh for the videos. Over the next couple of years I am working/studying to transition into a homestead life. Your videos are well done, full of practical information, and very much appreciated.
I really enjoy watching/ learning from u & Carolyn (HF)! This video is beneficial not only to beginners but a wonderful reminder for those seasoned gardeners that need that reminder to stay on track/ schedule like myself. I try so hard not to begin my seed starts indoors too early! It gets quite exciting for us in anticipation of spring. A case of cabin fever/ spring fever ends up in starting too early! Sounds like the Clyde's calendar is what I need as a constant reminder for all aspects. TFS, God Bless!
And rotate those crops and rest your soil every so often. And one of the best things to do to put nutrients back into your soil is to put your fire ashes in your garden
Loved this! So far I'm on track with everything although I'm a bit wobbly on the irrigation. I hated the soaker hoses I used last year. I had many failures in the hoses! I'll probably go back to a sprinkler!
