Hi! Nice video on blueberries! Somewhat off topic but maybe you can answer for me: I have been trying to find out where & how to get a clove tree plant Seed or seedling. I really want to try the fruit (I only found out it was edible a few weeks ago) but as my favorite spice it has been impossible to find or find out why no one can ship them? Help?

Charles, I always had this question for a long time but I can not find a clear answer. If the plant cold hardness is a zone 7 (0F – 10F) that means in the ground, but what if is in a pot? In the ground it is harder to freeze but in a pot it does freeze. I have some oregano in plastic pot and for years they always come back.

If you plant your blueberries in 100% azalea mix it will have all the acidity it requires. I have blueberries all year long even during the winter months. I fertilize with azalea mix every three months.

Hello Charles, As a person who was not very fond of blueberries I pretty much didn’t grow them but a couple of years ago my wife encouraged me to try it. We bought some rabbiteye varieties for our area here in South Georgia. WOW!! is the only thing I can say. The difference between store bought and fresh is like apples to oranges. The great joy for us is the grandkids who on arrival run thru the house and out to the backyard straight to those blueberries. Hey Charles on another note what happened with the sunflower seed giveaway. I entered immediately and was sent an email saying later updates would follow. My wife ask me about this but until now I haven’t seen any info. Thanks for all the great lessons you provide

Unfortunately no blueberry nursery plants here in India ,only seeds but I don't know if they will succeed or not

Another informative and educational video, Charles! That lecture with Tom is great! Thanks for sharing. Using the spray on my blueberries last year was they key to their success and making through 110 degree days for weeks on end. I just ordered two more cans as I’m adding four new bare root trees to my garden! Can’t wait to get it!

I have a sunshine blue in a sleeve from Dave Wilson nursery do you know if it’s okay to just plant it in a five gallon container . I also use Kellogg raisedbed soil do you think it work with my bare root strawberries ??

As usual, a great video and a great help. I really want to get some blueberry plants now. I also, need some of those wine barrel containers. I'm going looking today! I've always wanted to grow blueberries, but never thought I could until now. Thank you!
