I wish the weather here in the Philippines is same in the weather in Ireland so that i can't plant different varieties of plants suddenly we have tropical weather here so that we can only plant the vegetables or flower that can survive in a hot weather.?
You're thinking spring already?!! And winter has only just begun! That is one of the advantages of all that rain you get! We had a heatwave in Nvember after a week of frosts (late spring), then a cool December with no rain for 6 weeks but about 6 incehs' worth of drying winds. So there's practically nothing but grass seeds & dust now in early summer here inTasmania.
Thanks so much for making this delightful series, Sandra. You are an inspiration! Every month I have eagerly awaited your next instalment to see what's happening in my fave northern hemisphere garden.
I have thoroughly enjoyed watching your gardening series! It is 25 below zero Fahrenheit right now, so no gardening here until May. Happy New Year to you folks!
What?!! No snow in Ireland? This comes as a surprise considering Ireland's in the northern part of Europe, but I do like the first signs of Spring, at December's end,…..thank you for sharing this update on your Veggie Garden and Happy New Year 2018 ya all! 🙂

Happy new year to you and your family. It's nice to see green in December, since our place full of snow and the ground is covered.
